Selective Pallet Racking
The most common configuration in Canadian warehouses. Every pallet stays directly accessible from the aisle, so it suits mixed SKU profiles and fast-changing inventory. We install uprights plumb to spec, torque anchors to the engineer's drawings and set beam elevations to your pallet heights.
Push Back Racking
Nested carts ride inclined rails so two to six pallets deep can be stored per lane on a LIFO basis. Cart travel and rail pitch have to be exact — we install and test every lane so carts roll freely and seat cleanly against the front stop.
Pallet Flow Racking
Gravity-fed FIFO lanes for high-throughput distribution. Roller or skate-wheel beds are set with the correct slope and braking so pallets index reliably from the charge side to the pick face.
Drive-In Racking
Maximum density for a small number of SKUs in high volume, with forklifts entering the lane. Rail alignment and guide-rail placement decide whether operators can work at speed without hitting the structure — that alignment is where our experience shows.
Carton Flow & Pick Modules
Inclined roller beds inside multi-level pick modules for manual case picking. We install the shelf beds, dividers, conveyor supports and walkways as one coordinated build.
Rack Pick Towers & Mezzanines
Multi-thousand-bay structural pick towers and free-standing platforms, including decking, stairs, handrail and gates. These are our largest builds and are sequenced level by level with lift access planned around your operation.
